Craving Bites will not be responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage, exposure to excessive heat, moisture, contamination, or improper handling after delivery.

Please check the product and packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage or issue, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address, billing address, and shipping address.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delays caused by the courier or other external circumstances may be outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are food items and contain oil, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
